Dunkinâ is using summer 2026 to make its cold drink menu louder, pinker and more collectible. The chain has introduced a Barbie-themed lineup with eight new drinks, a Rocket Pop Donut, two Golden BBQ breakfast items and a limited-edition Barbie Pink Pineapple Cup, giving customers a wide seasonal menu rather than a single headline beverage.
The launch arrives as fast-food brands compete for summer traffic with bright drinks, nostalgic flavors and limited-time products. Dunkinâ is not simply adding another iced coffee flavor. It is building the menu around Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam, a strawberry-flavored topping that gives several drinks a bold pink finish and a dessert-like feel.
According to People, the Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam appears across Dunkinâs new summer lineup, including refreshers, matcha and coffee-based drinks. That gives the campaign a broader reach because customers can try the Barbie theme without leaving their preferred drink category.
Dunkinâs 8 New Summer Drinks
The main new drink is the Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher, made with pineapple, raspberry and hibiscus flavors, oatmilk and Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam. It is designed for customers who want a creamy, fruit-forward summer drink with a strong visual appeal.
Dunkinâ is also offering the Pink Pineapple Refresher, which keeps the pineapple, raspberry and hibiscus flavor combination but skips the cold foam. Customers can customize it with green tea, black tea, lemonade, oatmilk, protein milk or sparkling water, and the sweetness level can also be adjusted.
The rest of the lineup includes the Double Strawberry Daydream Refresher, Pink Mango Daydream Refresher, Pink Cherry Daydream Refresher, Strawberry Cloud Matcha, Strawberries & Creme Cloud Dunkalatte and Almond Strawberry Shortcake Iced Coffee. Together, the drinks show how Dunkinâ is stretching fruit flavors across refreshers, matcha, espresso and iced coffee.
This strategy fits the chainâs recent push into eye-catching limited-time beverages. Earlier this year, Dunkinâ created similar customer interest with its viral 48-ounce Bucket Drinks, a promotion built around oversized cold beverages and summer demand. The Barbie lineup follows the same idea but adds a stronger pop-culture hook.
Early tasting reactions suggest the Pink Pineapple Refresher may be the most balanced option. The pineapple brings brightness, raspberry adds sweetness and hibiscus gives the drink a light floral note. The Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher will likely work better for customers who enjoy oatmilk-based drinks, though the creamier texture may soften some of the fruit flavor.
Rocket Pop Donut and Golden BBQ Items
Dunkinâ is also adding a Rocket Pop Donut filled with cherry, lime and raspberry-flavored buttercreme. It is topped with blue icing and stars-and-stripes sprinkles, giving the bakery case a nostalgic summer item inspired by classic frozen pops.
On the savory side, the Golden BBQ Hash Brown Wake-Up Wrap includes bacon, egg, American cheese, hash browns and Golden BBQ Sauce. The Golden BBQ Loaded Hash Browns use the same sauce and bacon crumbles, giving customers a limited-time breakfast option beyond sweet drinks and donuts.

The Barbie Pink Pineapple Cup will be available from June 12 at participating Dunkinâ locations while supplies last. For Dunkinâ, the cup may be more than merchandise. Limited drinkware can push repeat visits, encourage app-driven orders and help the launch spread across social platforms.
Dunkinâs summer 2026 menu works because it gives different customers a clear reason to visit. Refresher fans get the Pink Pineapple options, coffee drinkers get the Strawberries & Creme Cloud Dunkalatte, matcha customers get a sweeter Strawberry Cloud Matcha, and donut fans get the Rocket Pop Donut. The Barbie branding ties it all together without making the menu feel like a one-item promotion.
