The NFL Rivalry jerseys for 2026 are officially here. Nike and the NFL unveiled eight new uniforms on August 25 for teams in the NFC North and AFC South, expanding the Rivalries program for its second season.
The Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans make up the new 2026 class. Each team will debut its special uniform at home against a division rival between Week 3 and Week 16.
NFL Rivalry Jerseys 2026: All 8 Debut Games
Indianapolis Colts — Week 3 vs. Houston, Sept. 27: Indianapolis opens the rollout with anthracite, dark gray and glossy-black elements around its traditional striping. Horseshoe, ironwork and anvil-inspired details preserve the Colts identity, while “For the Shoe” appears on the back neckline.
Green Bay Packers — Week 5 vs. Chicago, Oct. 11: Green Bay combines vintage green with an alabaster palette and retro-style “GB” branding. Details reference the franchise’s community ownership and six historic stock sales, while “Making history since 1919” appears at the neckline.
Detroit Lions — Week 8 vs. Minnesota, Nov. 1: Detroit uses a primarily white design with Honolulu blue, carbon-fiber-inspired numbers and lion-eye shoulder details. The look connects the franchise with the city’s automotive and racing heritage.
Jacksonville Jaguars — Week 8 vs. Indianapolis, Nov. 1: Jacksonville mixes a cream base with custom Jaguars script, chrome accents, dimensional numbers and jaguar-print details inspired by Florida’s coastal culture.
Fans following the wider season can track the 2026 NFL schedule and upcoming game dates as the league moves into regular-season action.
Titans, Texans and Vikings Highlight Local Identity
Tennessee Titans — Week 10 vs. Jacksonville, Nov. 15: Nashville’s music heritage shapes a navy uniform with Titans Blue accents, neon-inspired numbers and six darker shoulder stripes designed to reference guitar strings.
Houston Texans — Week 11 vs. Indianapolis, Nov. 19: Houston gets an all-white “iced out” look featuring metallic and chrome-inspired finishes. Its blue numbers reference the city’s “Be Someone” bridge, while other details draw from H-Town street and custom-car culture.
Minnesota Vikings — Week 15 vs. Detroit, Dec. 20: Minnesota introduces a deeper purple paired with ivory, carved-style numbers and Viking Knot imagery. References to the Gjallarhorn and longship tradition reinforce the Nordic theme.
Chicago Bears Save Their New Look for Christmas Day
Chicago Bears — Week 16 vs. Green Bay, Dec. 25: Chicago will be the final new team to debut its Rivalries uniform. The Bears use a midnight-colored base, burnt-orange accents and bold orange pants.
The design includes sleeve striping influenced by classic Bears uniforms and the four stars of the Chicago flag. A George Halas tribute patch appears on the front, while “Monsters of the Midway” is featured at the back neckline.
The Christmas matchup fits the concept particularly well. Chicago and Green Bay remain one of football’s most established divisional rivalries, with their recent meetings including a dramatic game in which the Bears defeated the Packers after forcing overtime with a late comeback.
Why the 2026 Rivalries Uniforms Stand Out
The designs are intended to represent more than alternate colors. Detroit references automotive culture, Tennessee leans into Nashville music, Houston incorporates its car and street scenes, while Green Bay and Chicago emphasize franchise history.
The Rivalries program began in 2025 with AFC East and NFC West teams. Nike says that first merchandise launch became Fanatics’ best-selling release to date. The official Nike 2026 Rivalries announcement confirms that each new uniform will remain in its team’s rotation for three years alongside existing alternate looks.
2025 Rivalries Teams Return This Season
Arizona, Buffalo, New England, San Francisco, Seattle, the Los Angeles Rams, New York Jets and Miami will continue wearing their 2025 Rivalries designs for selected divisional games in 2026.
Week 16 will bring a program first when Seattle and the Los Angeles Rams both wear their Rivalries uniforms in the same matchup, creating the first dual-Rivalries game.
When Do NFL Rivalry Jerseys Go on Sale?
The eight new jerseys and matching fan gear are scheduled to go on sale September 1, 2026 through Nike, NFL Shop, Fanatics, team stores and selected retailers, with international availability planned as well.
The launch campaigns also feature current players, legends and hometown personalities, including Jameson Williams, Jordan Love, Nico Collins, Randy Moss, Big Sean, Slim Thug and Bun B.
Which NFL Divisions Get Rivalries Uniforms Next?
The rollout continues with the NFC East and AFC West in 2027, followed by the NFC South and AFC North in 2028. The phased schedule eventually gives every NFL division its own Rivalries collection.
For 2026, the major change is scale: all 16 teams introduced during the program’s first two years are scheduled to wear Rivalries uniforms, while the eight new designs add extra significance to divisional games from September through December.
