Wendy’s is offering small Classic Frostys for $1 this summer, with early access for Rewards members before the deal opens to all customers.
The promotion starts Sunday, July 19, 2026, for Wendy’s Rewards members through the mobile app. It becomes available to everyone on Monday, July 20, and runs through August 23 at participating Wendy’s restaurants across the United States.
Only small Classic Chocolate and Vanilla Frostys qualify. Specialty Frostys, delivery orders, larger sizes and Frostys included with meal combinations are excluded.
When does Wendy’s $1 Frosty deal start?
The promotion has two different starting dates:
- July 19: Early access for Wendy’s Rewards members through the Wendy’s app.
- July 20 through August 23: Available to all customers at participating U.S. Wendy’s locations.
The early-access date falls on National Ice Cream Day. Customers who are not Rewards members can wait until July 20 and order the deal without joining the loyalty program.
How to get a $1 Frosty
Rewards members using the July 19 offer must sign in to the Wendy’s app, locate the digital promotion and apply it before checkout. The early-access offer is limited to one redemption per account.
From July 20, customers can order the deal at the restaurant counter, through the drive-thru, in the Wendy’s app for pickup or through Wendys.com for pickup.
Delivery orders do not qualify. Customers ordering online should select pickup and confirm that the $1 price appears before completing payment.
Which Frosty flavors are included?
The offer applies only to:
- Small Classic Chocolate Frosty
- Small Classic Vanilla Frosty
Medium and large Frostys are not included. Wendy’s Frosty Swirls, Frosty Fusions and other specialty desserts remain available at their regular menu prices.
That means varieties such as Banana Frosty Swirl, Cookie Dough Frosty Fusion, Oreo Brownie Frosty Fusion and Caramel Crunch Frosty Fusion do not qualify, even when made with a Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty base.
Can the Frosty be included in a meal?
No. The qualifying Frosty must be purchased separately as an Ă la carte menu item.
A Frosty selected as part of a combo meal will not automatically receive the promotional price. Customers should add the small Classic Frosty as an individual item.
Wendy’s does not list an additional burger, fries or other food purchase as a requirement for the public promotion.
Can customers order through DoorDash or Uber Eats?
No. Delivery orders are excluded from the $1 Frosty promotion.
The restriction applies to delivery selected through Wendy’s digital ordering channels and third-party platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. Pickup orders made through the Wendy’s app or website remain eligible.
Is there a purchase limit?
From July 20 through August 23, customers can purchase up to 10 qualifying Frostys in one transaction.
Each dessert must be a small Classic Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty purchased separately. The July 19 Rewards promotion has a stricter limit of one redemption per registered account.
The public terms do not describe the promotion as a one-time offer, so customers may generally be able to use it on multiple visits, subject to restaurant participation and product availability.
Is the deal available nationwide?
The promotion is available at participating Wendy’s restaurants in the United States. Local participation and product availability may vary.
Wendy’s also says prices may be higher in Alaska and Hawaii. Taxes may affect the final amount paid in some locations.
Customers should check the Wendy’s app, website or local menu board if the promotional price does not appear.
