Julia Majchrzak and Lorenzo Alessi are the winners of Love Island UK 2026. The couple won Series 13 after receiving the most public votes in the live final on Monday, July 27, and shared the £50,000 prize.
Host Maya Jama announced the result from the Love Island villa in Mallorca. Jasmine Muller and Kavan Murphy finished second, while Angelista Gunda and Simba Kudyiwa took third place.
Who won Love Island UK 2026?
Julia and Lorenzo were crowned the winners following the final public vote. Lorenzo, a business owner from Hertfordshire, had been in the villa from the beginning, while London-based insurance broker Julia entered later during Casa Amor.
Lorenzo chose to return to the main villa with Julia, and their relationship developed during the second half of the season. They became exclusive before reaching the final.
Julia reacted with disbelief when Maya revealed their victory. During the finale, she said she wanted Lorenzo to move in with her after the programme, although the couple had not announced detailed plans for the prize money.
Love Island 2026 final results
- Winners: Julia Majchrzak and Lorenzo Alessi
- Runners-up: Jasmine Muller and Kavan Murphy
- Third place: Angelista Gunda and Simba Kudyiwa
Julia and Lorenzo received the £50,000 winners’ prize, giving them £25,000 each. The second- and third-place couples did not receive a portion of that prize.
ITV had not published the final voting percentages at the time of this update. Figures circulating without confirmation from the broadcaster should therefore be treated cautiously.
Why were there only three couples in the final?
The final lineup was decided through an unusual two-stage elimination. Former Islanders returned to the villa and voted for the couple they believed should not reach the final.
Mica Harris and Samraj Toor received eight votes and were eliminated. Yasmin Hadlow and Tommy Stagg received six, Jasmine and Kavan received three, Julia and Lorenzo received two, and Angelista and Simba received none.
Mica and Samraj were then instructed to remove one more couple. They selected Yasmin and Tommy, leaving only three pairs to compete in the public vote.
What happened during the Love Island final?
The live episode aired on ITV2 and ITVX from 9pm until approximately 10.20pm. It began by showing Yasmin and Tommy’s departure before Maya interviewed the remaining couples and announced the placements in reverse order.
The finale did not follow every familiar element of earlier seasons. There were no traditional final dates or formal declarations during the episode, and the former envelope choice between love and money was not used. Julia and Lorenzo instead shared the prize automatically.
The result concluded an eight-week run comprising 57 episodes, 37 contestants and 10 recouplings. The season began as part of a busy June 2026 reality television schedule and ended with Julia and Lorenzo securing the most viewer support.

Where can the completed series be watched?
Episodes of Series 13 are available through the official Love Island page on ITVX, subject to location and platform availability. UK viewers can use ITVX, while the season aired in Ireland on Virgin Media Two.
This result relates to the main summer competition and should not be confused with the Love Island All Stars 2026 winners. Samie Elishi and Ciaran Davies won that separate South Africa-based series earlier in the year.
