Amazon Prime members in the United States will get a chance to see Spider-Man: Brand New Day before its nationwide theatrical release. Amazon has announced exclusive early screenings of Sony Pictures’ upcoming Marvel film on July 29, 2026, giving Prime subscribers access two days before the movie officially arrives in theaters on July 31.
The screenings will take place in select theaters across the country and tickets will be available through Amazon’s partnership with Fandango. While ticket sales have not yet opened, customers can sign in to their Amazon account and register for notifications through Amazon’s dedicated movie page to receive an alert when tickets become available.
The promotion was announced as part of Amazon’s Prime Day campaign. The retailer recently confirmed the official Prime Day 2026 dates and sale details, with the shopping event scheduled to run from June 23 through June 26. The Spider-Man screening offer is one of several benefits Amazon is highlighting ahead of the annual sales event.
How Prime members can access the early screening
According to Amazon, eligible Prime members in the U.S. will be able to purchase tickets through a dedicated Amazon ticketing page powered by Fandango. The July 29 screenings will be available only at participating theaters, meaning availability may vary depending on location.
The offer also comes as Amazon continues expanding the entertainment side of its Prime membership. In addition to fast shipping and exclusive shopping discounts, Prime includes Prime Video, Amazon Music, Prime Reading, Alexa+ access and special member-only experiences.
Customers who are not currently subscribed may still qualify for Amazon’s 30-day Prime free trial. The company also offers Prime for Young Adults, which costs $7.49 per month or $69 annually for eligible customers between 18 and 24 years old and higher education students, including a six-month trial period. Prime Access memberships are available at a discounted rate for qualifying recipients.

What to expect from Spider-Man: Brand New Day
Spider-Man: Brand New Day takes place four years after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Peter Parker is now living completely alone after choosing to erase himself from the memories of those closest to him. With nobody remembering his identity, Peter dedicates himself entirely to protecting New York City as Spider-Man.
The story introduces a new phase in Peter’s life as the pressures of being Spider-Man full time begin to cause an unexpected physical evolution. At the same time, a strange wave of crimes leads to the emergence of one of the most powerful threats he has ever faced.
The film stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker and Spider-Man, Zendaya as MJ, Jacob Batalon as Ned, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle and the Punisher, Michael Mando as Mac Gargan and Scorpion, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner and Hulk, and Sadie Sink in an undisclosed role. The movie is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.
Interest in the project has continued to grow following recent story reveals and casting announcements. Marketing materials released so far have hinted at major changes for Peter Parker’s future, while the arrival of characters such as Punisher and Hulk could significantly expand the film’s Marvel connections.
Prime members who want to attend the July 29 screenings are encouraged to sign up for ticket alerts as soon as possible. With Marvel fans eager to see Tom Holland’s next chapter as Spider-Man, demand is expected to be strong once tickets officially go on sale.
