Victims identified
Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis said the victims were Savitha Shan, 24, and Ryder Harrington, 22. Harrington was a Texas Tech student, and his fraternity shared a tribute remembering the warmth and energy he brought to the people around him.
Davis said three victims remain in critical condition, and one patient is likely to be taken off life support.
