Usher and Chris Brown have officially announced a 33-date co-headlining stadium tour across North America for 2026, bringing together two of R&B’s most commercially dominant artists in what is shaping up to be one of the year’s most anticipated live music events. The tour, titled The R&B Tour, will begin on June 26 at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver and conclude on December 11 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
The announcement has quickly gained traction as fans respond to the scale of the tour and the rare collaboration between the two artists. Stops include major cities such as Detroit, Chicago, Toronto, Los Angeles, Houston and Miami, with multiple-night performances scheduled in high-demand markets like Washington, New Jersey, Atlanta and Los Angeles.
Tickets will go on general sale starting April 27 at 12 p.m. local time, following a Citi cardmember presale beginning April 21 and a Live Nation presale opening April 23. Fans can register for presale access through Live Nation All Access, with no code required for those signed up. Additional presales are expected to run in the days leading up to the general release.
The tour will also feature a range of VIP packages offering premium seating, access to pre-show lounges, behind-the-scenes tours and exclusive merchandise. Pricing details have not yet been disclosed, but demand is expected to be high given the artists’ recent touring success.
A major moment for stadium R&B
The scale of the tour reflects a broader shift in the live music industry, where R&B acts are increasingly commanding stadium-level audiences traditionally dominated by pop and rock performers. Both Usher and Chris Brown enter the tour with strong commercial momentum.
Usher’s recent “Past, Present, Future” tour sold over 1.1 million tickets across North America with more than 60 sold-out shows, while Chris Brown’s “Breezy Bowl XX” tour became the highest-grossing tour ever by a solo Black American male artist, generating nearly $300 million and drawing over 2 million fans globally.
The pairing of the two artists combines decades of chart success, with both performers maintaining strong streaming numbers and cross-generational appeal. Their collaboration signals a strategic push to elevate R&B as a stadium-scale genre, rather than a supporting act within broader festival lineups.
The announcement also follows a teaser campaign on social media, where a joint promotional video sparked widespread speculation before the official reveal, amplifying early fan engagement.
