Dunkin’ 48-Ounce Buckets Are Back for $12.99 — How to Get One Before They’re Gone

Dunkin’ is bringing its viral 48-ounce Iced Beverage Buckets back for $12.99, giving customers another chance to grab the oversized drink at participating U.S. locations beginning August 7, 2026.

The price includes both the bucket and the beverage inside. Customers can choose an eligible Dunkin’ iced coffee or Refresher, but the promotion is available for a limited time and only while supplies last.

The return follows months of attention around the oversized format. Dunkin’ first offered the buckets at select locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire in February before releasing a limited number nationwide in May.

How to Get a Dunkin’ 48-Ounce Bucket

Customers can visit a participating Dunkin’ from August 7 and order a 48-ounce Iced Beverage Bucket for $12.99. Because inventory is limited, availability may differ by restaurant and some locations could sell out earlier than others.

The August launch follows the May nationwide rollout of Dunkin’s 48-ounce Beverage Buckets, which expanded the oversized drink beyond its earlier regional availability.

For anyone making a special trip, checking with a nearby restaurant first may save time. Dunkin’ has not announced a single nationwide date when the promotion will end.

Why Dunkin’ Created a Bucket Holder

The large container created an obvious challenge for customers taking their drinks on the road. Dunkin’ said people who tried the buckets during the initial market test wanted a simpler way to carry them in a vehicle.

The company responded with the Dunkin’ Iced Beverage Bucket Holder, an accessory designed to support the oversized container while fitting securely into a standard car cup holder.

The holder became available online beginning July 29 and is separate from the $12.99 Beverage Bucket. Access is limited to Dunkin’ Rewards members with Boosted Status while supplies last.

Who Can Get the Dunkin’ Bucket Holder?

Dunkin’ Rewards members achieve Boosted Status after 12 visits in a calendar month. That status is required for access to the new Bucket Holder, but it is not required to purchase the drink bucket itself at a participating restaurant.

The accessory continues Dunkin’s recent focus on limited-edition drinkware. Another summer promotion featured a free Dunkin’ Parke tumbler tied to the Parke Daydream Refresher, giving customers another collectible connected to the chain’s seasonal drinks.

For the Beverage Bucket promotion, customers interested only in the drink do not need the holder or Boosted Status. The $12.99 purchase already includes the 48-ounce container and eligible beverage.

Full promotion and Bucket Holder details are available in Dunkin’s official Iced Beverage Bucket announcement.

What to Know Before Going

The August 7 release is nationwide at participating Dunkin’ restaurants, but availability depends on local supplies. Customers who missed the February test or May rollout now have another chance to get the 48-ounce bucket, while the separate car holder remains restricted to qualifying Boosted Status members.
