Updated for Tuesday, January 7 — Simcoe County bus status.
Some school bus services are cancelled today, Tuesday, January 7, in parts of Simcoe County, while most other zones remain operational.
Based on the latest update from the Simcoe County Student Transportation Consortium, all buses in the South Zone are cancelled today. Other zones (North, West, Central, and Muskoka) show normal service.

What Parents Should Know
- Bus cancellations are typically posted between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.
- Even when buses run, delays can still happen due to road conditions
- The consortium notes that cancellations are deleted at 9:00 p.m. each day
We’ll update this post if additional zones change status.
