Sunday, July 26 — Day 4: 14 gold medals
- Bowls and Para bowls: 8:30am–2pm; 2:45pm–9:55pm
- Netball: 9am–12:30pm; 2pm–5:30pm; 7pm–10:30pm
- Weightlifting finals: 9:30am, 2pm and 6:30pm
- Swimming: 10:30am–12:45pm; finals from 7pm
- Boxing: 11am–3pm; 6pm–9:45pm
- 3×3 basketball: 11:30am–3:45pm; 5pm–9:15pm
- Gymnastics finals: Men at noon; women at 6pm
The evening swimming programme awards nine titles, including the men’s 50m freestyle, women’s 100m breaststroke, men’s 100m butterfly and men’s 4x200m freestyle relay.
Monday, July 27 — Day 5: 27 gold medals
- Athletics: 10am–1:30pm; finals from 6:30pm
- Gymnastics apparatus finals: 1pm–5:30pm
- Swimming: 10:30am–12:15pm; nine finals from 7pm
- Weightlifting finals: 9:30am, afternoon session from 1pm and 8pm
- Basketball, bowls, boxing and netball: Day and evening sessions
Major athletics finals include the men’s high jump, hammer throw, 3,000m steeplechase and 110m hurdles, plus the women’s 10,000m.
Tuesday, July 28 — Day 6: 27 gold medals
- Athletics: 10am–12:30pm; finals from 6:30pm
- Gymnastics apparatus finals: 1pm–5:30pm
- Bowls medal matches: From 8:30am
- Swimming: 10:30am–1:15pm; ten finals from 7pm
- Weightlifting finals: 9:30am, 2pm and 6:30pm
- Basketball, boxing and netball: Afternoon and evening sessions
The men’s and women’s 100m finals headline the athletics programme. Other titles include the women’s high jump, women’s hammer throw and men’s 10,000m.
Wednesday, July 29 — Day 7: 26 gold medals
- Athletics: 10am–1pm; finals from 6:30pm
- 3×3 basketball medal games: 6:30pm–9:30pm
- Swimming: 10:30am–1:15pm; 11 finals from 7pm
- Weightlifting finals: 9:30am, 2pm and 6:30pm
- Bowls, boxing and netball: Day and evening sessions
All four 3×3 basketball and wheelchair basketball competitions hold their bronze and gold-medal games. Swimming concludes with the men’s and women’s 4x100m medley relays.
Thursday, July 30 — Day 8: 16 gold medals
- Athletics: 10am–1:30pm; finals from 6:30pm
- Track cycling: 10am–1pm; finals from 4pm
- Bowls: 8:30am–2pm; 3pm–9:55pm
- Netball: Three sessions beginning at 9am
- Weightlifting finals: 9:30am, 2pm and 6:30pm
Key finals include the women’s 5,000m, women’s 100m hurdles, men’s shot put and six track cycling and Para cycling medal events.
Friday, July 31 — Day 9: 21 gold medals
- Athletics: 10am–1:45pm; finals from 6:30pm
- Judo: 11am–2pm; five finals from 4pm
- Track cycling: 10am–3pm; seven finals from 4pm
- Boxing: 10:30am, 2:30pm and 7pm sessions
- Bowls and netball: Day and afternoon sessions
The men’s and women’s 200m finals lead the athletics schedule, alongside both 400m hurdles finals, the women’s 800m and men’s javelin.
