A person has died after reportedly falling from rocks into the sea at Muriwai Beach, prompting a police investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident on Auckland’s west coast.
Emergency services were called to Otakamiro Point at approximately 1pm on Saturday after reports that a person had fallen from coastal rocks into the water.
