OnlyFans Owner Leonid Radvinsky Received $700 Million Before His Death

OnlyFans owner Leonid Radvinsky received about $709 million in dividends before his death at age 43, according to financial accounts from the platform’s UK-based parent company, Fenix International. The disclosure comes after a highly profitable year in which the business generated nearly $1.6 billion in revenue.

Radvinsky, the Ukrainian-American entrepreneur who acquired OnlyFans in 2018, died from cancer on March 23, 2026. His death had already raised questions about the future ownership of OnlyFans. The latest accounts now reveal the scale of payments he received during his final year.

How Leonid Radvinsky received $709 million

Fenix International paid $535 million in dividends for the financial year ending November 30, 2025, up from about $497 million a year earlier. Another four payments totalling roughly $174 million followed after the year-end.

Forbes estimates Radvinsky received about $2.5 billion in OnlyFans dividends since 2021. These payments were shareholder distributions rather than salary or conventional executive compensation.

OnlyFans revenue approached $1.6 billion

Revenue increased about 10% to roughly $1.55 billion in 2025, while pre-tax profit rose around 5% to approximately $715 million. The company achieved those figures with only 47 employees.

OnlyFans operates a marketplace model in which creators produce their own content and the company provides subscription, payment and fan-interaction tools. Creators retain 80% of payments, while OnlyFans keeps 20%.

Creator and fan accounts continued to grow

OnlyFans reported about 5 million creator accounts in 2025, including 2.5 million active creators. Total fan accounts reached approximately 437 million, with 132 million classified as active during the financial year.

Around $6.2 billion was paid to creators in 2025. CEO Keily Blair said OnlyFans has distributed more than $30 billion to creators since launching in 2016, with more than 5,000 creators receiving over $1 million.

Large individual earnings claims have attracted attention too. Earlier this year, Piper Rockelle said she earned $3.4 million on her first day on OnlyFans, although the figure was based on screenshots attributed to her and was not independently confirmed by the company.

US remains OnlyFans’ largest market

The United States generated about $965 million of revenue in the latest financial year. The UK and Europe contributed approximately $347 million, while other markets generated about $241 million.

Although widely associated with adult subscriptions, OnlyFans also hosts athletes, musicians, actors, fitness personalities and other creators offering paid content directly to fans.

Who controls OnlyFans after Radvinsky’s death?

Control of Fenix International moved to a family trust overseen by Radvinsky’s widow, Yekaterina “Katie” Chudnovsky, the sole trustee of the LR Fenix Trust.

San Francisco-based Architect Capital later acquired a 16% stake for $535 million, giving OnlyFans a valuation of roughly $3.2 billion.

OnlyFans faces regulatory scrutiny

The platform was founded in Britain in 2016 by Tim Stokely and his father, Guy, before Radvinsky acquired the business in 2018. Its rapid growth has been accompanied by scrutiny over adult content and age-assurance measures.

UK regulator Ofcom fined Fenix International ÂŁ1.05 million for failing to provide accurate information in response to formal requests about its age-assurance measures. OnlyFans requires users to be at least 18.

OnlyFans says it has paid ÂŁ600 million in UK corporate tax

Blair said the company has paid more than ÂŁ600 million in UK corporate taxes since 2016. The latest accounts underline the scale of a business that has grown from a British startup into a global subscription platform while returning billions of dollars to creators and substantial dividends to its former owner.
