AEW Double or Nothing 2026 goes live tonight from Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, New York, with the company presenting one of its biggest pay-per-view cards of the year. The event is headlined by Darby Allin defending the AEW World Championship against longtime rival MJF in a Title vs. Hair match that could permanently change both stars.
The pay-per-view begins at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 24, while the pre-show starts at 7 p.m. ET. Fans in the United States can stream the event through HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, DAZN, DIRECTV and Fubo. Additional event details are available on the official AEW website.
MJF puts everything on the line against Darby Allin
The main event has become one of AEWâs most personal rivalries in recent months. Darby Allin defeated MJF on Dynamite to capture the AEW World Championship, marking the first major time he truly gained the upper hand against the former champion. Now MJF enters the rematch not only trying to regain the title, but also risking his trademark look if he loses.
The stipulation raises the pressure significantly. MJFâs character has always centered around ego and image, while Darbyâs reputation is built on surviving punishment and proving doubters wrong. That contrast has made tonightâs championship fight one of the most talked-about wrestling matches of the weekend.

Okada, Jericho, Ospreay and FTR headline stacked card
Outside the main event, AEW has loaded the card with several major matches. Kazuchika Okada defends the AEW International Championship against Konosuke Takeshita after months of tension between the two following their previous showdown at Worlds End.
FTR will defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship against Adam Copeland and Christian Cage in an I Quit match. The stakes are especially high because Copeland and Cage must disband as a team if they lose.
Another featured attraction is the chaotic Stadium Stampede match involving Chris Jericho, The Hurt Syndicate, The Elite, Ricochetâs group, The Don Callis Family and The Dogs. AEW has used Stadium Stampede matches in past years to create some of the companyâs wildest moments, and tonightâs edition is expected to continue that trend.
The womenâs division also gets major attention as Thekla defends the AEW Womenâs World Championship against Hikaru Shida, Jamie Hayter and Kris Statlander in a four-way contest.
The Owen Hart Cup tournament also begins tonight with Samoa Joe facing Will Ospreay, Bandido taking on Swerve Strickland, and Athena battling Mina Shirakawa in quarterfinal matches.
