SpaceXAI launched Grok Imagine Image 2.0 on August 7, introducing precision editing, sharper text rendering and tools intended for practical creative work. The model is now generally available as Quality Mode on Grok Imagine through the web, iOS and Android apps.

Multi-reference editing accepts up to five input images in a single generation. A creator could provide separate references for a person, product, location, accessory and visual style instead of manually combining them first.

How to access and use Image 2.0
Users can open Grok Imagine on the web or through Grok’s mobile apps and select Quality Mode. The official Imagine Image 2.0 announcement says API access for this version is coming soon.
