National Cheesecake Day is being celebrated across the United States on Thursday, July 30, 2026, with half-price slices, a $2.99 frozen-custard treat and discounts on whole cakes. The Cheesecake Factory, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and Junior’s are leading the national offers.
Each promotion has different rules. Some require customers to dine in, join a loyalty program or enter a promotional code. Participation and availability may also vary by location.
National Cheesecake Day deals at a glance
- The Cheesecake Factory: Any slice for half price for dine-in guests.
- Freddy’s: A Mini Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake Concrete for $2.99 for Rewards members.
- Junior’s: Half-price slices and cakes in restaurants, plus $10 off eligible online cakes.
Local bakeries and independent restaurants may offer additional specials. Customers should check official websites, apps or local pages before visiting.
The Cheesecake Factory offers half-price slices
The Cheesecake Factory is offering every dine-in guest one cheesecake slice at half price on July 30. More than 30 flavors are included, including the new Brownie Crunch Choc-a-Lot Cheesecake.
The company’s official National Cheesecake Day terms confirm that:
- The offer is valid at US restaurants on July 30 only.
- Customers must dine inside the restaurant.
- Each guest claiming the discount must be present.
- The limit is one half-price slice per guest.
- Pickup and delivery orders do not qualify.
The official 2026 conditions do not state that Cheesecake Rewards membership is required. Rules reported for previous years should therefore not be assumed to apply in 2026.
New Brownie Crunch Choc-a-Lot Cheesecake
The new flavor starts with a fudgy brownie containing semi-sweet chocolate chips and Heath Bar pieces. It includes Heath Bar streusel, salted Hershey’s chocolate ganache and marbled layers of milk-chocolate and white-crème cheesecake.
Chocolate chips and salted caramel are added between the layers. The slice is finished with marbled chocolate mousse, chopped Heath Bar pieces and whipped cream.
For every slice sold at a US Cheesecake Factory restaurant through July 29, 2027, the company will donate 25 cents to Feeding America. The restaurant group says its designated cheesecake campaigns have raised more than $7 million for the hunger-relief organization since 2008.
Freddy’s offers a $2.99 cheesecake concrete
Freddy’s is offering Rewards members a Mini Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake Concrete for $2.99 on July 30. The dessert combines chocolate and vanilla frozen custard with strawberries, cheesecake pieces and cinnamon streusel.
The offer is limited to one per customer and can be used through the drive-thru or for dine-in, pickup or delivery at participating restaurants.
Digital customers should sign in to the Freddy’s account containing the reward before ordering. Restaurant guests can scan their personal rewards QR code at the register. Taxes, delivery charges and service fees may still apply.
Junior’s restaurant and online discounts
Junior’s is offering half-price cheesecake slices and whole cakes at participating restaurants. Its locations are primarily in New York City, with additional restaurants at Foxwoods in Connecticut and in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Online shoppers can receive $10 off eligible cakes using promotional code NCD26. The online offer continues through July 31, giving customers an additional day to order.
Customers should confirm that the code has been applied before paying. Product restrictions, delivery schedules, shipping destinations and shipping charges may affect the final price.
Which cheesecake deal offers the best value?
The Cheesecake Factory provides the widest flavor choice, but the discount is limited to dine-in orders. Freddy’s offers more ordering options, although membership is required and only one specific mini dessert qualifies.
Junior’s may suit families or groups seeking a whole cake. Its online discount provides wider access, but shoppers should include shipping charges when calculating the saving.

Why National Cheesecake Day is celebrated
National Cheesecake Day is observed annually on July 30 and is commonly traced to 1985. Cheesecake-like desserts, however, have much older roots.
Early Greek cakes known as plakous were made with crumbled cheese, flour and honey before being cooked on a griddle. Cheesecake has since developed into numerous baked, chocolate, fruit-topped and frozen varieties.
Most advertised 2026 offers end on July 30, while Junior’s online discount runs through July 31. Customers should confirm local participation because popular products may sell out.
