NEWPORT BEACH, California, October 25, 2026 â Chipotle Mexican Grill is bringing back its popular Boorito Halloween promotion on Saturday, October 31, offering $6 entrĂ©es to eligible customers wearing costumes at participating U.S. restaurants. The one-day deal begins at 3 p.m. local time and continues until closing.
However, the discount comes with conditions. Customers must wear a qualifying costume, scan their Chipotle Rewards membership at checkout and purchase their food in person. Online orders, deliveries and certain menu items are excluded.
Announced October 20, the promotion gives customers time to prepare for Halloween. Chipotle has also confirmed a separate November 1 delivery offer, although different restrictions apply.
Chipotle Halloween 2026: $6 Boorito Deal, Date and Hours
The Halloween promotion will be available at participating Chipotle restaurants across the United States.
- Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026
- Start time: 3 p.m. local time
- End time: Restaurant closing
- Price: $6 per eligible entrée
- Eligibility: Chipotle Rewards members in costume
- Redemption: In-store only
- Limit: One discounted entrée per qualifying guest
Closing times vary by restaurant, and redemption is subject to availability. Customers should confirm their preferred location’s participation and operating hours before visiting.
Who Qualifies for Chipotle’s $6 Halloween Deal?
Customers must be enrolled in Chipotle Rewards and appear in a Halloween costume during the promotional hours.
Restaurant employees determine whether an outfit qualifies. Chipotle has not published a detailed costume checklist, so customers should not assume that ordinary clothing or a small accessory will automatically meet the requirement.
Each eligible guest can purchase one discounted entrée. Qualifying purchases also earn Rewards points, but the promotion generally cannot be combined with other coupons or special offers.
How to Claim the $6 Chipotle Boorito Offer
- Wear a costume: Arrive dressed for Halloween.
- Visit after 3 p.m.: Go to a participating U.S. restaurant on October 31 before closing.
- Scan Rewards: Present your Chipotle Rewards membership at checkout.
- Purchase an entrée: Receive the promotional $6 price before applicable extras and taxes.
Chipotle previously used similar participation requirements during its August 2026 School Spirit BOGO promotion, when customers wearing qualifying school apparel could receive a free entrée with an eligible purchase.
Which Chipotle Menu Items Qualify for $6?
The Halloween discount covers one eligible entrée, not an entire meal. Regular menu options include burritos, bowls, tacos and salads, subject to promotional conditions.
Quesadillas, kids’ meals and catering orders are excluded. Guacamole costs extra except when included with a veggie entrĂ©e. Queso, additional meat and other modifications may also increase the price.
Taxes, gratuities and sides are not included. Customers ordering customized meals should check the final amount before paying.
Can Customers Use the Chipotle App or Order Delivery?
No. The October 31 Boorito discount is exclusively available for in-person purchases.
Mobile, online and delivery orders do not qualify, even during promotional hours. Customers must physically visit a participating restaurant in costume and scan their Rewards membership at the register.
Chipotle Announces $0 Delivery Fees for November 1
Chipotle will offer $0 delivery fees on Sunday, November 1, 2026, for qualifying digital orders of at least $10 before taxes and fees.
The offer applies through Chipotle’s website or mobile app at participating U.S. delivery locations during normal operating hours.
Third-party delivery platforms, catering and Burritos by the Box are excluded. Maximum item limits and availability restrictions also apply.
Higher delivery menu prices remain in effect. Additional service and other fees may apply, subject to stated exceptions for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota and Virginia.
Rewards redemptions may be included in an order but do not count toward the $10 minimum. Chipotle reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer.

Boorito Returns After 26 Years of Halloween Celebrations
Chipotle introduced Boorito in 2000 as a burrito-themed costume contest. The tradition later expanded into discounted meals, online giveaways and special Halloween experiences.
In 2020, the promotion moved online with virtual trick-or-treating and BOGO codes. Chipotle experimented with a metaverse restaurant in 2021, late-night hours in selected college towns in 2023 and meme-inspired costumes in 2024.
For 2026, Chipotle has also revived $6 margaritas in selected cities ahead of Halloween. That promotion is separate from the entrée discount and is not available nationwide.
The company has previously experimented with other promotional formats, including its 2026 Burrito Vault giveaway, which offered opportunities to win free burritos and BOGO rewards.
Important Rules Before Visiting Chipotle on Halloween
Customers should verify restaurant participation, check closing times and ensure their Rewards membership is accessible before arriving.
According to Chipotle’s official October 20 announcement, the offer is limited to one discounted entrĂ©e per eligible costumed guest and remains subject to availability.
Customers should also remember that the $6 price does not cover every ingredient or modification. The Halloween offer ends at restaurant closing on October 31, while the separate digital delivery promotion applies only on November 1.
