Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has been ruled questionable to return after suffering a back injury late in the second quarter against the New England Patriots, raising concern for Baltimore as the game tightened before halftime.

Jackson appeared visibly frustrated as he walked to the locker room alongside the Ravens’ medical staff following Baltimore’s final offensive sequence of the half. Backup quarterback Tyler Huntley briefly entered the game as Jackson remained on the sideline.

Once the ball was snapped, Jackson delivered an accurate pass to DeAndre Hopkins for eight yards and a crucial first down. Earlier in the drive, he found tight end Charlie Kolar for an 18-yard gain that moved Baltimore into scoring range.

The Ravens were threatening to take the lead, a key opportunity considering the Patriots are set to receive the ball to open the second half.

Derrick Henry Fumble Shifts Momentum

The turning point earlier in the game came during a promising Ravens drive late in the first quarter. Running back Derrick Henry lost control of the football after Patriots safety Jaylinn Hawkins punched it free, giving New England an extra possession.
