Smoothie is just so easy and delicious for breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner for that matter. If I am having a casual night and my husband is out. I’ll just drink a smoothie and ditch food because it’s simple and I can get complete nutrition in one glass.
Although smoothies can be a delicious, easy way to grab nutrients on the go, they aren’t always the healthiest thing to drink. It does not mean that you should strictly stick to a smoothie to lose weight. Depending on the ingredients smoothies can be loaded with sugar and fat. Some homemade smoothie recipes can give your body specific nutrients that will help you keep up during workouts, maintain your energy levels. Just that we need to be sure we add superfood and less sweet ingredients to make it good. It is said not all smoothies are created equal.
It’s important to remember that fat contains 9 calories per gram, while carbs and protein contain 4 calories per gram. When the body takes more fat than required, that fat is ready and is transformed into body fat and gets deposited in the abdomen inside and beneath the skin. So, if you have overdone it recently or are trying to counteract poor food choices made over time, reducing your calorie intake from your diet can be a quick and easy solution. This means that a low-fat diet is a less painless way to keep the calories away. So, if you are simply looking for a reduction in your calorie intake with good taste these would be ideal and easy.

So some of my favorites are:
Strawberry Smoothies: It has hides 2 tbsp carrot juice and 1 chopped cucumbers, frozen strawberries and honey. Blend n mix all until the desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh and freeze strawberries again if desired.
Triple Berry Smoothie: It has a banana, few strawberries, few blueberries with 2 almonds and yogurt. Combining banana to berries and add honey to it if needed it will get you perfect smoothie that beats bloating, reduces inflammation makes you feel filled and good in taste.
Mango Chia Seed Smoothie: 2 tablespoon of it is approx 10 Germans of fiber which is half of your recommended daily intake so with its milk, 2 banana, and mango and honey. This, when made, makes you feel fuller and mangoes are a great food that is low on the carb.
Watermelon strawberry smoothie: This healthy smoothie needs seedless watermelon, frozen strawberry, low-fat yogurt, honey, and lime to boost your weight loss effort.
Orange Banana Protein Smoothie: This is the easiest quick and fast to make it has a mix of orange and banana however you can add milk or cream or yogurt or almond milk, honey, for your choice of taste if you want little creamier.blend until smooth, adding extra liquid if needed, or a little more frozen fruit if it’s not thick enough
Note:- Avoid too much sweetening* and avoid using fruit juice as it adds a lot of sugar without all other nutrients from the fruits also using frozen fruits will make shakes thicker.
