National Lipstick Day Deals 2026: Free MAC Lipstick, Sephora and Ulta Sales

National Lipstick Day Deals 2026: Free MAC Lipstick, Sephora and Ulta Sales

National Lipstick Day is being celebrated across the United States on Wednesday, July 29, with beauty retailers offering discounts of 20% to 50% on selected lip products. MAC, Sephora, Ulta Beauty, Macy’s, Rare Beauty, NARS and other brands are participating.

The promotions extend beyond traditional lipstick to glosses, oils, liners, stains and balms. Some offers end on July 29, while others continue through July 30, August 1 or August 2.

What is MAC offering?

MAC’s National Lipstick Day promotion offers a buy-one-get-one-free deal on eligible lipstick bullets. The free product is therefore a second qualifying lipstick, not a no-purchase giveaway for every customer.

The brand is also offering a complimentary Prep + Prime Lip with a qualifying $50 purchase. Shoppers should review the official MAC National Lipstick Day offer because eligible formulas, shades and availability may change.

Other retailers have separate MAC discounts. Sephora has listed selected M·A·Cximal Silky Matte Lipsticks at $15, down from $25, while Macy’s has discounted selected MAC lipsticks, liners and glosses.

Sephora sale ends July 29

Sephora’s Lip Day sale began July 25 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 29. Selected products are up to 50% off, with participating brands including Sephora Collection, Clinique, MAC, Gisou, Summer Fridays, Charlotte Tilbury, Kosas, Too Faced and Fresh.

Featured products include Clinique Almost Lipstick, Gisou Honey Infused Lip Oil, Summer Fridays Dream Lip Oil and selected Charlotte Tilbury lip glosses.

No promotional code is required. The event is available at Sephora stores in the US, Sephora at Kohl’s, Sephora.com and Kohls.com. Quantities are limited, no rain checks are available, and the discounts generally cannot be combined with other offers.

Ulta National Lipstick Week continues through August 1

Ulta Beauty’s National Lipstick Week runs from July 26 through Saturday, August 1, with savings of up to 40% on selected lipsticks, glosses, oils, stains and liners.

Participating brands include MAC, Clinique, SACHEU, Too Faced, Lancôme, IT Cosmetics, Charlotte Tilbury and NYX Professional Makeup. Some deals use a buy-one-get-one format, so two eligible products may be required before the discount appears.

Macy’s offers discounts of up to 50%

Macy’s has selected products from MAC, Clinique, Estée Lauder and Bobbi Brown marked down by approximately 30% to 50%. Reported offers include MAC M·A·Cximal lipstick for around $15 and selected MAC Lipglass products for about $14.40.

Some purchases may include a complimentary gift. Customers should confirm the minimum spending requirement because free-gift and shipping thresholds may be calculated after discounts.

Rare Beauty offers 30% off and a free clutch

Rare Beauty is offering 30% off selected Kind Words Matte Lipstick and Soft Pinch Tinted Lip Oil products on July 29 and 30. Online customers spending at least $50 can receive a complimentary tinted clutch while supplies last.

The promotion follows the July launch of Rare Beauty’s Soft Pinch Lip Oil Stick, which adds a solid tinted-oil formula to the Selena Gomez-founded brand’s lip collection.

NARS, Fenty Beauty and Bobbi Brown deals

NARS is offering up to 40% off selected lip products. Reported prices include Explicit Lipstick at $29.40, down from $42, and Powermatte Lipstick at $21.60, down from $36.

Fenty Beauty is offering 20% off selected lip favorites, including eligible Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer and Fenty Icon Velvet Liquid Lipstick products.

Bobbi Brown has discounted selected products by up to 40%, with Crushed Lip Color listed at $21 instead of $35.

More National Lipstick Day offers

  • Anastasia Beverly Hills: Up to 30% off selected products and bundles.
  • Makeup by Mario: Up to 50% off selected lipsticks, liners and glosses.
  • ColourPop: 50% off eligible lip singles and 30% off selected kits.
  • NYX Cosmetics: 25% off eligible lip products, with separate retailer deals available.

Why National Lipstick Day is celebrated

National Lipstick Day is observed annually on July 29, although its earliest origins remain unclear. Huda Beauty founder Huda Kattan said she acquired rights connected to the occasion in 2016 while celebrating the launch of the brand’s Liquid Matte products. The day had been observed informally before then.

What shoppers should check

The largest advertised discount may not deliver the lowest final cost. Buyers should compare delivery charges, rewards, gift thresholds and shade availability. They should also confirm whether an offer is online-only, restricted to participating stores or available while supplies last.

Customers comparing other seasonal promotions can explore the latest GMA summer comfort and beauty deals. Another limited-time consumer launch is Starbucks’ range of orange cream drinks and Dandy merchandise, released on July 28.

Before paying, shoppers should confirm that every discount and complimentary item appears in the final cart, especially for buy-one-get-one promotions and gifts requiring a minimum purchase.
