How to Balance your lifestyle

Maintaining a balanced life is becoming increasingly more important for your personal health and well being in the fast-paced and modern world. There are two aspects of it internal includes mind, heart and health and external include work, social, family & fun. It’s important to find a balance between the two. Sometimes you may find that your only focus on work, relationships and activities and then you pay less attention to what is going on inside of you.

On the contrary, you may feel you have to spend much of your time being self-reflective that you missed on experiencing life. Most of us strive to have some sort of balance in life where we want important things like family to get an equal amount of attention as we give to our jobs, often seems unattainable. We feel like we are trying to juggle 10 jobs at a time. We certainly can’t attain answers to every question but one of the answers out of this is surely poor nutrition ignoring health and fitness and finally not maintaining an emotional well being.

There is no right or wrong answer to this, as each individual’s body and mind respond in different ways, the most important thing is that you are getting the right balance. It’s crucial to find the balance that you enjoy. It’s also not supposed to be thought that everything that your doing is wrong. The key point is not that one has to be hard on themselves, everyone has their own journey to take, it will surely not happen overnight but each little step we make is towards the right direction, Even if we get lost in the wrong path it’s surely not a disaster we still need to carry on. Its a part of the journey and not to forget “be kind to yourself.” Other people may fairly balance the two but for some who cannot,

If this is how you feel you have been balancing your life well! Kudos. If still you feel you’ve pulled in one direction and it’s uneasy, follow these steps: Acknowledge and be honest with yourself and notice what are the areas on which you have been neglecting yourself. See which part are you inclined more that will help you work on the other side of it. Set your goals accordingly and plan the task to your comfort. Task it daily, weekly and monthly. Also, focus if you have done something that is similar on the task list try a different way of doing the same activity and you will have to achieve them on a regular basis. Question yourself which goal did I accomplish in the past? How did I stay focused on it? Start preparing while your inner will try to push you off the task by having negative self-talk, fear, worries, and doubts. Empower and keep doing.

If felt demotivated I strongly suggest to share your inner motivation with someone so, that when in lows they can challenge your inner demons and help you accomplish simultaneously you should also wait for her work out do yoga or go for an outdoor hike! Eat healthiest and go a cheat day too, stay lenient to yourself but also remember life is all about balance. focus on a hobby or a little thing that makes you happy a routine. It is the most important thing you can give your body and mind to recharge.

Never forget it takes time and effort to overcome your habitual patterns and make a new. If you stay on track and push yourself a little out of your comfort zones, there is indeed a good chance of you creating new habits to enjoy a more balanced life moving ahead.
