Self Care

Self-care doesn’t come naturally to many of us, also it’s not about caring for the outside but also the inside.especially when our lists are overflowing with requests from others to do works.

You might not feel like you have the time or the energy to make it happen, so self-care falls to the bottom of your priority list. One thing I’ve learned about self-care is that I’m always allowed to practice it inside myself. I’m allowed to rest and recenter. when I feel I have regained a little energy into myself I get re-engaged and see if I might be of help to many challenges in a new way.

In this blog, I will share some tips about the importance of self-care.To get a better sense of your boundaries in life, consider what kind of behavior you will and will not tolerate from other people, Also think about your non-negotiables. These are the things you consider when making plans (for example, family, work, friends, wellness, etc.). Decide how much time you want to dedicate to these aspects of your life. If you don’t feel comfortable with things and you need to say NO, Then say it!

Then, further, with Self-discipline, you nurture it more as it is all about removing temptations. (sleep is self-care, my friends!), If you are not practicing this. Put your phone across and prove yourself that you are in control.

Lastly, Consistency is important it happens when you take small, incremental steps to make a certain action into a habit. Don’t change all habits at once try one by one it helps! Self-discipline plays a huge role in how consistent you are with your actions, so continue to work on building your self-discipline around your habits and priorities. I encourage you to begin with five minutes of self-care a day, either in the morning or evening. Choose one or two of the following practices to start. Drink hot water, do yoga, say prayers, read books, listen to music, finally do what you like for your betterment of inside and out and not only engage yourself in your phone and social media and the mess around you! Once you do this it will help you easily.

Also to say “No” sometimes especially when regards to what you don’t need is O.k. To please everybody always so they like you is not possible. It’s okay to say no when you feel down and demotivated .so that the way you can think what’s the best of you without consulting others and also spend your time to yourself and do the things that make you feel happy.

Once you feel the difference in your state of mind, you’ll be inspired to incorporate more practices until you’re a believer in self-care, too.
